Zettelkasten, Dissertation Vaults and Research Guides

Educating and Sharing Insights

At the heart of our consulting practice lies a commitment to rigorous, thorough research. Everything we do is built on the principles of Zettelkasten, a powerful system for organizing and managing extensive research. Zettelkasten, German for "slip box," is a method that transforms chaotic volumes of information into a structured, interconnected web of knowledge.

Organizing and Managing Research

The Zettelkasten system uses individual notes, usually note cards, (or "slips") to capture discrete pieces of information, ideas, or references. Each note is uniquely numbered and linked to related notes, creating a network of knowledge that mimics the way our minds naturally connect concepts. This method allows for easy retrieval, cross-referencing, and expansion of ideas over time, making it an invaluable tool for managing large volumes of research. When designing our logo, we purposefully chose a neural network concept because it encapsulates our mental connections, our research connections, our connections with like-minded individuals and companies, and artificial intelligence.

Educational Zettelkasten and Dissertation Products

Check out the various products we have developed to aid students, researchers, and writers with the tools needed to capture information leveraging the Zettelkasten method in a multimodal analog or digital option. Your purchase of these products aids us in continuing to do our own research, craft articles, and work towards publishing our first book. We also have a collection of videos on our YouTube channel that provide additional information on how the Zettelkasten vault is setup and used.
