I am Dr. Chelle Meadows, an executive, researcher, and author who helps organizations integrate Artificial Intelligence with clarity, ethics, and purpose. My work sits at the intersection of people, policy, operations, and technology and is grounded in more than thirty years of operational and leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.
That interdisciplinary perspective is not accidental. My education and academic research span law and public policy, marketing, supply chain and logistics, business leadership, and Artificial Intelligence. Rather than viewing AI through a single disciplinary lens, I examine how technology interacts with the entire organization: its people, decisions, processes, governance structures, regulatory obligations, customers, and operational realities. My doctoral research extended that work by examining how organizations adopt generative AI in practice and what happens when implementation moves faster than organizational alignment. The findings reinforced a principle that continues to guide my work: AI is not the problem. Alignment is.
This combination allows me to approach AI differently. I understand that an AI decision made in the boardroom eventually reaches a workflow, an employee, a customer, a policy, a compliance requirement, or an operational process. Effective AI governance must account for those connections. I bring research, practical judgment, and operational experience together to help leaders move beyond hype and isolated experimentation toward AI that is structured, responsible, defensible, and capable of creating measurable business value.
