I am Dr. Chelle Meadows, an executive, researcher, and consultant who helps organizations integrate Artificial Intelligence with clarity, ethics, and purpose. My work sits at the intersection of people, policy, and technology and is grounded in more than thirty years of operational and leadership experience across manufacturing, distribution, and service industries.

My academic path reflects that same intersection. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Public Policy: Pre-law, dual MBA degrees in Marketing and Supply Chain Logistics and Management, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration with a focus on Leadership and Artificial Intelligence. My dissertation examined how organizations adopt generative AI in practice and how the absence of a structured framework affects decision-making, governance, and outcomes across roles including executives, technology leaders, operational staff, and compliance professionals. The findings were clear: AI is not the problem. Alignment is.

Because I understand legal and policy considerations, market dynamics, supply chain realities, and leadership behavior, I am uniquely positioned to help leaders move from hype and uncertainty to structured, responsible action. I bring research, practical judgment, and operational expertise together for organizations that need AI to work in the boardroom, on the shop floor, and everywhere in between.

Today, I share these insights through my weekly publication Nexus Notes, through speaking and advisory work, and in my book From Data to Decisions: AI Insights for Business Leaders, which offers a practical roadmap for aligning people, technology, and purpose.

If you are looking for a guide who understands both the promise and the constraints of AI, you are in the right place.
